To guarantee that we meet and indeed exceed the demanding expectations of our clients, we operate a unique Client Relationship Programme (CRP). The CRP is based on a rigorous but flexible approach which allows us to meet the unique demands of each client whilst also responding to changing business conditions.
The programme is based on six key principles:
- Establishing a clear client relationship strategy
- Ensuring we have the right employees to implement the strategy
- Supporting and motivating those employees
- Developing an effective delivery process
- Implementing a policy of continuous improvement
- The commitment of ET&T's management to drive the programme forward
